What you should know before buying a Scenelex Pro subscription. This is a translation for convenience; the Turkish text prevails.

2. Main characteristics of the service
Scenelex Pro is a digital subscription that includes a larger monthly allowance, word lists of any length, dictionary lookups and lists from screenshots. The service is provided at app.scenelex.com.
3. Price
Prices including all taxes: Pro monthly ₺129, Pro yearly ₺999. The amount you pay is the one shown on the plans page and the payment screen at the time of the order. There are no delivery or other additional costs.
4. Payment and automatic renewal
Payment is taken by card through iyzico; your card details do not reach Scenelex. The subscription has no fixed term: until you cancel, the amount of your plan is charged automatically to the same card every month on the monthly plan and every year on the yearly plan, on the day you bought it.
5. Performance
The service is activated on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. There is no physical delivery.
6. Withdrawal and refunds
Under Article 15 of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form; by confirming the order you approve the immediate performance of the service. Scenelex nevertheless gives a full refund, without asking for a reason, within 14 days of the first payment. Renewal payments are not refunded. Details: Delivery and Refund Terms.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
8. Complaints
Send complaints to support@scenelex.com. Within the monetary limits set by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at your place of residence have jurisdiction.
9. Agreement
Confirming the order concludes the Distance Sales Agreement. This form and the agreement are presented for your approval on the payment screen before the order.
